Tuition fee Schedule
Tuition fees for each undergraduate class taken at Word of Life School of Ministry are $170.00 per class, per semester and payable upon registration at the beginning of each semester. All new students are required to apply for acceptance by providing a completed application along with a $25.00 application fee. Upon acceptance, the student will be allowed to begin the registration process.

The tuition costs for graduate students vary according to the individual program. 
Please consult the student handbook for graduate tuition fee costs. While the fees differ from undergraduate to graduate classes, the registration and new student application procedures are the same.

Payment Options:
All financial transactions are payable through Populi via PayPal, by check or by money order, payable to Word of Life School of Ministry. All transactions are secure and confidential.

Refund Policy:
Application fees are non-refundable. Any student, who has tendered their tuition for the semester has up to two business days before the beginning of class to withdraw from class and receive a full refund. A partial refund of 50% is given when a student withdraws before attending more than the first two classes of any semester. 

How to Pay Tuition and Fees

  • Students will receive a tuition bill by email shortly after registering for courses.
  • Tuition bills can be viewed and payments can be made through your Populi student account.
  • Click on How to Pay Tuition and Fees to review registration instructions and video.

Payment Plan Option

• Each student will have the opportunity to pay the tuition and fees bill in full or set up a payment plan.
• PayPal is the primary method for paying tuition and fees.
• If you need to pay using one of the below options, please contact Word of Life staff for assistance.
